Convotherm Convocare Rinse Neutraliser for use 'CC' ConvoClean fully automatic cleaning system models. Already diluted and ready to use. It's fed automatically into the oven by a dispenser pump, neutralising any alkaline detergent residues to guarantee an effective rinse process.
