Bunzl Reconciliation Action Plan RAP

Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

At Bunzl our RAP embodies our commitment to continuous learning, adaption and evolution as we work towards genuine reconciliation with First Nations communities.

We invite all our stakeholders, employees, customers, and partners to join us in this collective effort as we strive for reconciliation, understanding, and a brighter future for all.

Our artwork, Connecting Across Country, shared the story of all people coming together and sharing a connection to communities and country and was created by Kylie Hill from KJH Artworks. Read Our Full RAP here.

Clontarf Foundation

Bunzl is a proud partner of the Clontarf Foundation, a not-for-profit enterprise that works to improve the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander boys.

The Foundation works in partnership with schools, and uses the existing passions of boys for Australian Football League, Rugby League and Cricket to attract them to attending and staying in school. Any male enrolled at school is eligible to participate in the Clontarf Academy. The academy provides an important school-engagement mechanism for at-risk students who would not otherwise attend or would have low school attendance.

Bunzl supports Clontarf, participating in events, as well as providing employment opportunities to Clontarf alumni. Bunzl and the Clontarf Foundation are united in our belief of investing in the future of young Aboriginal men, enabling them to better their own lives, as well as benefiting their local and broader communities.
