Here are some of our most commonly asked questions relating to the Bunzl Online Shop. For more information, click here to view the Online Shop User Guide.

How do I create a favourites list?

Note you must be logged in to access My Lists. To create a list, locate the desired product and select the star icon. A dialog box will appear with any existing lists that are applicable.

  • To add the product to an existing list, select the list and then [Add]
  • To add the product to a new list, select New List, name the list and then [Add]

Lists can be accessed at any time by selecting the green My Lists button in the grey menu bar. Alternatively, these can be accessed via My Account - simply select your name at the top-left side of the page and in the left hand navigation, select: My Orders > My Lists.

Where can I find my invoices?

Note you must be logged in to access Invoices. Invoices can be accessed via My Account, simply select your name at the top-left side of the page and in the left-side navigation, select: Order Management > Invoices.

Invoices can be searched and viewed based on:

  • Status: Paid / Unpaid
  • Invoice Number
  • Issue Date
  • Start Date

Where can I find a product specification sheet?

Product specification sheets can be accessed by opening the product information page. Below the Add to Cart button there’s a menu item marked Attachments. Click to expand and view available product specification sheets. Clicking on the link will download the attachment.

Where can I find my back orders?

You can view order status via My Account, simply select your name at the top-left side of the page and in the left side navigation, select: Order History > All Order History.

Order history will appear with most recent orders at the top. Orders can also be searched and viewed based on:

  • Filter: All / Complete / Cancelled / Outstanding
  • Order Number
  • Issue Date

To view specific orders, select the relevant order number. The order details page will appear, under "quantity" the item description, SKU, and fulfillment status is displayed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via your login email.

What does order reference mean?

Each order placed on the Bunzl Online Shop has a unique order reference number. During checkout, if the purchase order number field is left blank, an order reference number will be automatically assigned to your order, which can be viewed in the order confirmation email.

How can I find out which location I am placing an order for?

Upon log in to the Bunzl Online Shop, a dialog box will appear, and you will be prompted to select a ship-to location from the drop-down menu. Make a selection and then [Continue], your selected ship to location will appear in the top-right side of the page.

 

How can I create an additional user for the Bunzl Online Shop?

Account admin user roles can create additional users for the Bunzl Online Shop. To create an additional user, navigate to My Account, simply select your name at the top left side of the page and in the left navigation, select: Account Information > User Management.

A list of users will appear, at the top of the page select the [Add User] button.
