Lesnies Detergent Hand Dishwashing Liquid is perfect for the food processor. Lesnies hand washing liquid is a high-foaming liquid that is tough on grease and food stains and offers sparkling results on dishware, glassware, cutlery and crockery. It can also be used as a general cleaner outside of the kitchen. Areas of use: hotels and motels, food retail shops, restaurants and cafeterias. Features: safe on most metal surfaces, suitable in hard water, excellent protein removal ability, high foaming, strong emulsifying properties.

• Light Cleaning: Dilute 100ml of detergent to 5 litres of hot water
• Heavy Cleaning: Dilute 200ml of detergent to 5 litres of hot water
• Dishwashing: Dilute 25ml of detergent to 5 litres of hot water
• Rinse product contacting surfaces with clean potable water
