Description

Convotherm Convocare Rinse Neutraliser for use in "CC" fully automatic cleaning system models. Already diluted and ready to use straight from the 25L canister. Image shows ConvoCare 10L version. It's fed automatically into the oven by a dispenser pump, neutralising any alkaline detergent residues to guarantee an effective rinse process.
